Terms and Conditions

1. I have read all the rules.

 

1. The information given by me is true to the best of my knowledge and belief.

 

1. The information of Roommates is to be Supply individually and Correct, if found incorrect or more person occupancy as inform on written is chargeable fine and May expel form room.

 

1. I hereby agree to conform to any rules acts and laws enforced by government, and i hereby undertake that so long as i am paying guest of  S. J. pandey’s House I will do nothing, either inside or outside the area of  S.J. Pandey’s home which may result in disciplinary action against me under the rules, acts of  law’s.

 

1. I will pay my monthly expenses every month without fail or late, if expenses are not paid on due date then guest has to pay 5% interest P.M. or Rs:500 on unpaid balances Whichever Highest.

 

1. The advance payment is non-refundable and non-transferable in any case.

 

1. The Advance Payment is Return only at the time of leaving rooms, after Deduction of Maintenance, Damages and Balance if any.

 

1. The Cancelation of Rooms within First 3 month Will Charge Full Rent of 3 Months.

 

1. Paying guest are not allowed to make any type of materialistic changes like white wash, electric repairs and any other changes on rooms.

 

1. Guest must take care for his luggage’s, vehicles and properties, host is not responsible for any lost of property and luggage’s.

 

1. Any damages made by paying guest have to be paid separately & Electrical and Electronic Items Running Maintenance will be Charge Separately.

 

• Visitors of paying guest are not allowed to stay with them as a partner and room sharing basis without information to the host.

 

1. In Case of Nonpayment and Room is Locked More Than Thirty Days Without any Information to Host and no Response by Guest will Considered as Room not Required by Guest and Same room will re allot to  new Guest. And No Claim Entertain after 30 Days.

 

• Every year or as per inform from time to time 15% or Rs:1000 Whichever Highest on current Rent will increment, that “should be noted by guest.”

 

• Any type of alcoholic Drinks is not allowed to serve or use in the premises of building.

 

1. Intimation of leaving from rooms is to be informed by Paying guest to host before one month (31 days), if Paying guest fail to inform, then he must pay one Month Expense+ (Rent) at the time of leaving rooms.

 

1. I fully  Understand that the  Host , Where i would be admitted, will have  full liberty to expel me (guest) from S.J. Pandey’s Home for any infringement of the rules of  conduct & discipline and under taking’s given above.

 

r)   Electricity Charges is Separate that is Rs9/-* (Nine)*  Per Unit as per MSEDCL and Rs . 500/-* (rupees five hundred)* Deposit is to pay separate with advance payment

 

s)    Cleaning and Repainting Charges as Applicable Where Cleaning is Compulsory and Painting Charges is Depending on Usage or Damages to Wall and Paint.

 

t) Wastage of Water due to open tap in absence or locked Room & same in case Electric Appliances will charge

     Rs:1 per liter. Fine over water and Rs: 500 in Case of Electricity miss Use Please Note.

 

u)    The Above Mentioned Terms and Conditions are purely on the Principles of the Host and Guest Basis and Occupancy of the Status of Either of Tenant or Licensor.

 

v)    In case of any Dispute the Host Decision is final.
